Day 5 — Thursday, Oct 31— Shaharut to Eilat
Day 5 was the last day. It was marked by rolling climbs along the Egyptian border to the hills above Eilat. The descent into Eilat was the longest downhill of the week. Such a wonderful ride had to come to an end, sadly, but there is always next year.

Take a look at the Low Resolution Photo Collection and the High Resolution Photo Collection for Day 5.

Shacharit at Shacharut.

The beauty of the Shacharit service as the sun rose over the Arava Valley and Jordan was incredible.

Some walked, some rode. Some left early, some left late.

Glenn and I started late, but moved up through the pack. Glenn acted as the motor pace for me while I took pictures of many of the riders we passed. See the Low Resolution Photo Collection and the High Resolution Photo Collection of Day 5 for many more of these action shots of the riders.
